Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. In this role, you will develop engaging content, manage social media channels, and help build meaningful connections with our audience. If you’re passionate about digital storytelling, trends, and brand engagement, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop engaging captions, visuals, and short-form video content aligned with brand voice
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and engagement
  • Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategy
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to support campaigns
  • Assist in developing content calendars and campaign strategies
  • Manage brand consistency across all digital platforms

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (preferred)
  • Strong writing, communication, and creative skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and scheduling tools
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to analyze insights and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Portfolio or examples of past social media work is a plus
